Did you do anything about it?
I work for a major company, has thousands of sales reps. We are commission only, but employees. They make our statements impossible to tell without hours of dissecting work to see if we are paid correctly. Dispite numerous requests from everybody to make them so we know if we are paid right. Also I found in their chargeback system how if we get a chargeback the following month or after, they are stealing hundreds of dollars from us that should of been paid, by taking more then we were ever paid.
I need to know the laws against this and how to find a very excellent/high profile class action lawyer if this warrants this. Thanks
Can a written declaration detailing perceived malfeasance of duty by a superior be considered grounds for claiming a hostile work environment by that superior? And does the fact that the declaration was written, as different to spoken, subject the employer to potential liability and the declarant to private liability to the subject of the criticism?
What would you do if the owner of your affair got upset and told you to leave? Is he firing you? He says no and that he will call you if he needs you. Your his only Mechanic and question this choice. You also have thousands worth in tools, so if your being fired, you need to take them with you. The owner then spits in your face, no one there (in your workplace) wants the police called. So you leave, make a police report, but can you go back to that workplace and work for a name who would do that to you?? If you could not, do you reckon you should qualify for unemployment? What legal recourse does an employee have to stand up for his right to not be treated like this? Is this work-house bullying? I know it’s assault and battery. Would you consider this to be a hostile work environment?
